MB Civil Trial: JK/KK Contempt of Court?

Exactly…and some clearly suffer from Dunning-Kruger effect.

And this jury will be able to consider Miss Kanarek’s & her gang’s involvement and responsibility for everything that occurred at HH to cause the violence! We all know there are mountains of evidence, produced by her, of her absolute responsibility for her months long plan to Finish the Bastard. The cherry on top will be if that pesky lost video can be located!

The answer to this question is - Yes. Both.
I mean, where else would I be in my red and black plaid?
I love the thick hood on my robe too! Pockets and a hood! < Dreamy Sigh >

If LK and RG were telling the truth, while on the stand and under oath, then, from my recollection of the trial and my understanding of the testimony, they lied under oath during their depositions. Their sworn depositions do not agree with what they testified to on the stand. So how someone can chose to believe a person who lies under oath, I don’t know.

I haven’t tried this from an iPad but I have found that on a computer, you can capture the screenshot using an image editing app like Snagit, then with the image open in the app, do a Copy All and paste it into the COTH thread.

For instance, I captured this image off a website, opened it in Snagit, hit Copy All, then pasted it into this chat window. (And for inquiring minds, they are baby Snake-Necked Turtles that were hatched at the Bronx Zoo and sent to Singapore to be eventually released into the wild in Indonesia - they are pretty much now extinct there, despite it being their native habitat.)

I do believe their testimony at the depositions.

I’m not aware of significant discrepancies between their testimony in depositions vs the trial. Minor, inconsequential discrepancies, perhaps.

Have either of them been charged with perjury?

I thought you were not on speaking terms with HH.

Exactly who are you ignoring, @Eggbutt? Anyone?

I’m not a member of the “Mob” - although I did turn 60 this year :flushed: and I would like to be . Here is my robe. I don’t know how long my mother had it before she passed, but I’ve been wearing it for 20 years. This is a catalog picture of it. And I do live in a cabin in the woods with a big ole fireplace!

No. It means that but for the finding of insanity, he would have been found guilty.

My mother was terrified of horses, so rarely came to the shows, usually listened to the announcer from the comfort of her lawn chair since we lived next to the fairgrounds, but her first question after every show was “how many did you win?” i think she would have thrown herself in the mud to try to save a ribbon if she was actually at a show. God I miss her.

What matters is the “proximate” cause of her injuries.

LK contributed to the tension and animosity, no question.

48 Hours framed it well: MB was torn between two women. Perhaps Bilinkas is clever enough to explain how you can have a tug of war with only one person on one end of the rope.
