Can we still send PMs without going to Message Center. In the old board, we could click on a poster’s name in a thread and have the option of sending a PM?

The old board allowed us to download PMs to other computers. I can’t find that option on the Message Center page. How do I do that? That’s how I made space in the Inbox and Sent; I saved them to my computer and then deleted all of them.

I just tried to send a private message and was blocked. The block message was fleeting, but it said something about my quota, 203 somethings and 383 something elses. I had 15 messages in my sent file, about 20 in my inbox, and no folders.
I don’t think you can download, no.
Did you also empty your trash?
IIRC, the board allows 200 conversations now, versus individual messages. Should allow for waaaaay more private messages before hitting the limit.
I put most of the messages in my sent box and my inbox in the trash, and when I clicked on Trash, that’s all that was there. That’s been emptied.
The blob next to the name starts a “chat”.
Chat is the same as pm.
Anything in your sents or trash counts against your total.
