IIRC, there was some speculation that he is in FL - perhaps to help LK prep for her upcoming deposition, perhaps to vet the deposition venue, equipment, technicians, etc., perhaps to escape the dreary NJ winter (and maybe even to attend more events at GDF so he can rub shoulders with the in-crowd).
Someone even postulated that he could be staying in LK’s house there - which he co-owns. If that is the case, I can see where she might have access to his phone or laptop perhaps when he is in the shower, etc. Honestly though - he would be a fool to leave his phone or laptop unattended when she is around. I don’t think she would have any compunction at all about throwing her own father under the bus if it served her motives.
But VHM could be right - she may have threatened to leave JK twisting in the wind legally unless he gave her his login credentials.

Regardless… if LK is using IMs account to post here on COTH… that’s going to be a headache down the road.
LK is getting deposed. The attorneys will ask her… under oath… about all sorts of online posts that have been made over the past two years.
The attorneys have already stated that they plan on deposing JK as well.
He will also be under oath. They will ask him, “Did you say such and such, under the username Inigo-Montoya on COTH on such and such date?
If they have been sharing logins… this is going to be messy. They can say, “I don’t remember” over and over… but they will be confronted with their actual statements. They will have a hard time keeping all the ranting and BS straight. It’s inevitable.
They are inevitably going to come off looking like a crazy pants family who engages in really bizarre online behavior involving making grandiose claims, lying, threatening, etc etc.
That is NOT going to look good in front of a jury. Normal people don’t behave like this.

Nah, I think it is him.
One of the top narcissistic behaviors is word salad rants. Couple that with his holier-than-thou interview on 48 Hours where he divulged his need to use “the name on the door”….
Seems clear to me.

Nothing happens to the case, the likelihood of delay is possible, but the more attorneys that come and go the shorter the delays. This isn’t like a criminal case, v there’s nothing to lose but money, so there’s no reason she can’t represent herself.
Also, LK’s attorneys may have to stay on through d discovery, but if she’s refusing to follow the courts orders, and asking GAS to file things that are unethical/unprofessional, the court may grant him leave to withdraw.
I bet she files a bar complaint against all the lawyers by the time this is over

Either they try and lie about it all in order to look “better” … and inevitably get caught in their own web of lies…
Or they unashamedly say, “Yeah. We carry on with these crazy online feuds involving telling big lies, threatening people, and sharing login information to get around user bans. And when we do that… LK occasionally impersonates other people. Sometimes she impersonates RG on Facebook, sometimes she impersonates IM on COTH. But… it’s no big deal. She just has a deep need to continue arguing and $hit posting about her own ongoing case.”
Uhhhhh… neither of these two possible outcomes are going to look good to a jury.
Remember… the crux of MBs defense in the civil case is that her online behavior and real life behavior was so profoundly crazy… it significantly contributed to the whole situation happening, and she bears over 50% of the responsibility for creating and perpetuating a situation that ended in a shooting.

Maybe not sue… but if the suit doesn’t go her way… she’s inevitably going to blame her attorneys. And file complaints to the bar to try and get them professionally sanctioned.
My guess is they can see this coming from a mile away.
It puts them in a bind though, because LK and JK and KK are clearly doing this weird two step thing where they are trying to use LKs attorneys to argue about JK and KKs subpoenas. And that’s messy.
So… GAS would be wise to be super super careful to play inside the lines. Because someone is bound to scrutinize his work later on…
If he does end up withdrawing before discovery is concluded… I would imagine the third attorney to represent LK will be a lower tier, professionally speaking.
And this judge will be a lot less sympathetic to whatever requests LKs side makes.

First, I don’t constantly make excuses for JK and LK.
Second, yes it is obvious that his speculation on @trubandloki was referring to LO — Lara Osborne. Duh. I never said otherwise.
Thank you for agreeing with us that Jonathan Kanarek @Inigo-montoya was wrongly speculating that I was LO, and was carrying on last night about that. Such a strange assumption. (Though again, lovely horse, drool worthy even.) Clearly this is another one of those times where Jonathan Kanarek is wrong.
I think he is wrong to think it is funny to make someone homeless too.
