Michael Barisone/Lauren Kanarek Civil Suit

They also look for someone who is very active on social media…in a positive way showcasing their product…a social influencer.

It seems very strange you are proud of this. If I only received 250k, or around 170k, to bear your family’s reputation alone, not to mention enduring physical harm through some sort of altercation, I would be terribly disappointed by this amount.

But I guess when money is the most important thing to you and what you have built your self worth upon, this sounds pretty amazing.

Also, in my opinion, it’s quite baffling that you come here, point fingers, accuse others of nefarious acts in a holier than art thou way, yet accept zero accountability for the multiple acts of criminal behavior your own or your self has conspired to and/or committed.

Also must say, you anger is palpable in the very single post you make. It seems as though MB has already won in the grand scheme of things. It also seems as though you won’t be letting this anger go any time soon. One could say MB keeps winning in this scenario.

Your family’s incapacity to see when they are embarrassing themselves, especially being the entire family, is also something rarely witnessed, IMO. Your reality is certainly different from everyone else’s. Too bad that reality couldn’t actually benefit you in some way.

In this area east of Puget Sound you could get a trailer in a trailer park for that but not a new one. Maybe a double wide if it needed work. Nothing else. Not even a studio apartment. Definitely not a one bedroom.

As far as Pretty Woman goes… I have often imagined the scene where she goes back to the snooty high end shop and tells them they made a BIG mistake in not helping her previously… as me finally going into a certain tack store (apparently some lottery win is involved in this scenario) and ordering a custom saddle to be fitted to the new horse I just bought, a high end bridle, flashy sets of matching saddle pads/boots/bonnets and the top of the line helmet all blinged up. The employee who was rude to me last year when I went in there on my way back from the feed store in my barn clothes to buy new Ariat paddock boots (wearing my old split ones at the time) would suddenly be very helpful and accommodating… and I would politely but firmly wave her off. BIG mistake. Big.

I would assume that the moderators are well aware of what is stated in threads that they moderate and monitor. I’d also assume the editor is aware of one of the most popular sh*t shows on the forum. Perhaps this wasn’t intended to be informative but threatening instead. The irony is your own family’s self made notoriety in the horse world as well.

Feels very odd to quote myself again - but I posted this now rather ironic thought much earlier in this thread…

I wonder what part he could play when they make the TV movie version of this case.

ED. He got pretty animated on the stand. Seems like that actor would have the appropriate skill set.

That might work.

Nah, Jason Alexander should play @Inigo-montoya. We want someone one worthy, and Jason Alexander has some pretty good acting chops!

Yes, he was a Tony winner on Broadway before he was in Seinfeld.

And he’s good at playing an unsavory character.

Let’s assume there are recordings that your daughter obtained, and your wife transcribed that do contain a murder plot. Can you use illegally obtained evidence in a civil suit?

No. And in this case the existence of it would prove a counterclaim so…

Yet another conspiracy with no evidence to back it up. We were all waiting for all of the “bombshells” LK kept promising, but none of that ever came out. Where are the recordings and transcriptions, and why are you avoiding turning them over?

Yeah, @Inigo-montoya’s track record here was not exactly stellar. Even a blind sow finds an acorn now and again!

Wow, what a morning on CoTH! When I came back in from shopping I found 123 new posts! I was able to skip over the same old, same old from CH so that cut down a chunk.

What on earth was so earthshattering to the Kanareks this week to cause IM (or someone) to bounce on this thread and make such ridiculously inappropriate posts?

If I found myself in the legal predicament this family is in, the last place I’d be is posting on an irrelevant forum, especially in an attempt to gloat and show a point in the win column with a pittance of a settlement from an insurance company.

My favorite post is the one “he” says Steve Tarshish says this forum is irrelevant and is nothing but middle aged women with nothing better to do - yet, IM is here posting. I guess this forum is pretty relevant after all. So, the Elderly Illegal Mob is clearly relevant - bathrobes, tiaras, recipes and all. We’re the modern day Nancy Drew mystery solvers!

Well if they settled with RC… can’t use that now, time to switch it up.

Pondering Ponies can’t help but ponder who will be next to be thrown under the horse trailer…Boyd  Martin?

What a level of entertainment., but as you all know I am just a horse of course.
