Safesport in this situation wasn’t about MB except that I thought MB started a case against LK with safesport, and that was why she retaliated by calling in a fake call to Child Services on MB, which created the situation where she was shot. As far as I know, there never was a case with Safe Sport about MB. Lk on the otherhand, had been acting out and wouldn’t leave his property, ergo the eviction process he started and the safesport documentation he was doing.

I know that’s what she said. But I don’t believe her, and, I don’t think that’s what happened. Others in that community have said he had a case on her well before this and it was why she called the child services. I’m not going to insist, I’m not involved. Just repeating what was said before all this went down, which makes me doubt anything she says. But that’s just me.

Rather than suggesting what she said was true, I was suggesting that no one has said Michael Barrisone had filed a safe sport claim against her, as you said above.

And now, it appears, people have.

ALL any of us have is bits of information, most of it from a source that has reason and a history of being willing to work to their benefit and agenda, who has contradicted herself and changed her story, or embellished it repeatedly.
ALL of it is suspect, which means even hearsay from ‘people’, to me, is more reliable than the one source talking who’s close to the situation but appears to change her story to fit her needs

Again, we don’t know much. It will be a while til we do.
What we DO know is that much of what we think we know comes from a source shown to be misleading, evidenced by conflicting tales.

LK may have tried to start a case against MB, but it was unsubstantiated, perhaps, and went no where?

Um, I’m not speculating at all.

Michael Barisone is currently suspended by safe sport.

It’s just a formality, I suppose, considering he’s presently in prison.

Since he was not suspended before the shooting, and he was suspended pretty shortly afterwards, it seems like it was probably related, regardless of whatever else may have been in the works.

But it’s all guesswork, although I seem to recall that Safe Sport mentioned the shooting when they suspended him.

It’s probably related in that safe sport doesn’t condone trainers shooting their clients. It doesn’t necessarily mean they were investigating him (or her) before all this happened.

Does SafeSport automatically suspend anyone that goes to prison? What if someone gets busted for, say, tax evasion? Or is it reserved for sexual and/or violent crimes?

She friended a lot of people prior to the shooting. I am one of them. We shared enough mutual FB friends, a few IRL and is horse person so I accepted her friend request. Some of us haven’t bothered to unfriend her. Therefore we see what she posts on our Facebook feed. It isn’t a matter of going out of our way to check her FB regularly or otherwise.

Interesting. You call me “delusional.” Yet, your comments & replies on this thread & the “other,” Barisone thread are so contradictory, I doubt you, yourself could keep up with your outrageous claims.
As an example, when I announced that R.C had been charged - you refused to believe it. Your stalking skills seemed quite intact when searching my 20 yr old car accident (at age 17) - but not well honed enough to locate recent charges in relation to a double attempted murder? Again, interesting.
