Can you clarify the whole tape thing for me? They mention the police have tapes they are “buffering”. So there were tapes that were handed over?

I think everything was on phones. The police gathered everyone’s phones. That evidence went to the defense for the criminal and civil trial. I’ve seen or heard the numbers 81, 86, and 31. RG was said somewhere to have a lot on his phone that were sent to someone else. The $5,000 big sweep found nothing. That’s why I’ve always suspected on person phone recordings, gossip, and creative SM posts.

You’re missing that LK is speaking of the cops approving of the bugs in real time, before the shooting.

These texts are from their phones, so they can’t be from after the shooting, when they no longer had their phones.

Of course the texts were prior to the shooting. Someone just posted 2 days before. LE picked up phones from the crime scene.

Let me remind you that this is likely not all of the texts, these are just some very specific texts that make the point that was trying to be made in this filing. I am sure there are texts that reveal even more stuff than these few pages do from before those dates.

Now that I have gone thru and added incoming and outgoing the cigarette comment appears to be incoming so I would assume (it is redacted) that cigarette comment came from Robert Guy Goodwin/Jim E Stark/Superman/Michael Goodwin.

Are these all from LK’s phone? Or was that from RG’s phone?

I believe they are all incoming/outgoing text messages that went through LK’s phone. If you look at the logs, some will say “To…(redacted recipient)…Outgoing…Sent.” Others say “From…(redacted phone number)…Kanarek Lauren…Incoming…Inbox…Read.”

So the police, according to this text written before the shooting and before the cops took her phone, had tapes they were looking at.

I am not sure why I bother to waste the key strokes since it is very clear that you have no desire to learn anything.

There are lots of types of recording devices. Read the very knowledgeable post by Lex that DownYonder made it so you do not have to go looking for it. Just read it. Not deciding your come back before you read it.

It sure seems apparent to me that the conspirators gave the police at least one of the illegal recordings prior to the shooting. Sure doesn’t make the cops or DA look too good, does it?

I’m thinking that LK may have been referring to the tapes of the calls to 911 that preceded the shooting. Otherwise, why would the police have copies of text messages that occurred before the shooting and before they gathered up the phones during the crime scene investigation?

Although didn’t LK tell the cops she had recordings during the 911 call she made before the shooting? Or did she tell them in person when they responded to her 911 call? Is is possible that she sent them copies of the recordings as a follow-up to that?

Line 1: (Outgoing-9:37.08PM) We need to send Michael, MH, Justin and Mary DeFranco the very first recording. Then tell them it is the tip of the iceberg…. The police are buffering it now. We will be sending each of the other (a number, ends in a 4) threats and bullying and plotting to make the staff “fall in the line” recordings as we see fit. Just a formal notification - so that the other parties on THIS one 51 minute recording (which you cannot hear as clearly as we can or as clearly as the Washington Township Police can) have a chance to lawyer up.

My horsie brain says this was not sent to WTP but here’s what we Team K will tell MB, MH, Justin and Mary D, if they don’t play ball.

The families paid $6000 for EACH puppy. They were both newbie dog owner families.

I have a feeling my jaw is going to be on the floor for a while. That is quite a price. Not to mention the fact that there are countless perfectly nice animals in shelters and rescues that need homes.

Not to mention that one can often get a pretty darned nice show quality pup for less than that. With a pedigree chock full of champions that were bred to an approved standard by a breeder of merit with his/her national breed club and/or AKC - and perhaps has produced multiple generations of champions, won at Westminster and/or its national specialty, had national top winning dogs, and/or may even be a licensed judge.
