Perhaps it shows that RC was acting as MBs agent in handling the premises.

You’re highly credible, never lies, idol IM has already argued with me that RC wasn’t acting as an agent for MB, she was there to break into the apartment.

But the issue is the position of SGF, not JK, @Sdel.

At issue is also Lauren Kanarek’s contributions to the incident. SGF has been pretty clear, if you actually read their filings, that they are pursuing her acts and omissions.

SGF is defending against LKs suit. They have a cross complaint against MB, but no counter suit against LK.

I believe this fact has been mentioned here already, but maybe you missed it, or maybe you decided to ignore it because it did not go along with the movie in your head. One or the other I suppose.

SGF gets to pursue Lauren Kanerk’s actions under NJ’s comparative negligence laws.

I admit that it is confusing to me why you are so insistent that SGF is not looking at what Lauren Kanarek did leading up to this.

Which filing? My reading skills appear to be in the negatives today.

One of the exhibits attached to the filing for contempt against Jonathan Kanarek that SGF’s lawyer just filed.

They (SFG) don’t need to counter-sue lk, since I don’t think they have the same damages claims against her that MB has. They just have to defend against her suit, which would include showing that LK has some responsibility for the events, thus limiting or eliminating SFGs liability to her.

So then why are you suggesting it makes no sense why they want all the information they can get to defend against LK?

I think you are once again typing something different than what the story in your head thinks it is typing. The post above, not from me, seems to also think you were saying what my posts thought you were saying.

LK described that incident in a text on July 12th.

She claims the cameras were installed Aug 6th, somewhere between inspectors showing up twice, meeting ED for the first time and a myriad of other things going on that day.

She also started bragging about cameras and videos as far back as April 20th when she posted on FB that she had put cameras up around the property.

So, who knows, really?

Aug 6: LK says again, Michael is deathly afraid in text. Recipient unclear.

Aug 6: LK posts insanity manifesto on FB; also “solid gold” post on FB

Aug 6: LK FB post about her horse’s preferred song “Goldigger”

Aug 6: MHG mails her SS complaint

Aug 6: Jamie Dancer sees Michael and is extremely worried about him, calls Ali Brock, who calls MB, and is also afraid MB might harm himself.

Aug 6: ED meets LK for first time with JK, while RG secretly records meeting

Aug 6: Inspectors, fire Marshall, etc descend on farm twice

Aug 6: RG makes gun shooting motion to MB and mouths “Get Ready”

Aug 6: RG emails videos to JK

Aug 6: MB and everyone else living in barn given boot.

Aug 6: RC bitten by poor Rosie while trying to post notices

Aug 6: LK convinces fire Marshall to let her back in house. No one notifies MB
