Michael/ Lauren civil trial update February 9

I’ve lost track after so many delays. Did somebody agree to LK doing the deposition by Zoom instead of in person?

Excellent example of being dishonest and “twisting” by trying to suggest that the following two instances of using the quote function are the same

  1. quoting a post to report what the poster sctuslly said when making a reply
  2. QFPing every single post by the two of three posters you dislike in its entirety without comment if any kind in order to annoy or harass them.

The moderator eventually told you to cut out the technique 2) because it was cluttering up the thread for everybody. Did the moderator tell you it was I who complained, or are you just assuming that because I was the intended target of your harassment? More inferences on your part beyond what was actually stated, by the moderator, in this case?

I wonder if they are in Florida house hunting. After all, if PopPop K gets added to the suit, the NJ house he shares with Kirby is at risk. I don’t believe NJ has the same homestead exemptions Florida does. Sooooo… a proactive person might just go ahead and sell that NJ house now, and buy a small home in Florida.

Plus, if they move to Florida full time, they can spend more time with LK and RG. I bet they love RG. I’m SURE they want to spend more time with him, as well as their little Lollypop.

Yes.

It suggests their relationship may be volatile at times, which is something to consider wrt the shooting event at Hawthorne Hill

I agree. He might have finished off LK, killed RG and turned the gun on himself.

And yet he sued the police department.

and also to file a suit as plaintiff against the town authorities, including the policemen who probably saved the life of LK.

Someone appears to be very, very miffed that the actions/lack of action by the police officers in that jurisdiction were called into question. Said someone is taking it quite personally that the officers are not being hailed as heroes for their actions that day. Seems like a tell to me.

What evidence is there that he didn’t? [quote=“CurrentlyHorseless, post:3573, topic:780076”]
What evidence is there that is supportive of the claim that MB shot LK in self defense?

Indeed.

The same someone was a bit defensive of Judge Taylor yesterday.

In this article it says that b nagel films will be doing 2 more films about cases that made the news. What if he was doing a film about how this case was the worst miscarriage of justice since the OJ trial. Could that be a reason for the change in attorneys?

While he was unconscious?

I mean, RG is the one yelling “I’m going to (@#$&@#$) kill you.” A couple more blows to the head just might have done that. RG had beaten Michael unconscious when the police arrived. So, I’m not sure how your scenario works.

He sued the police department for all of their ineptitude. Their life-saving actions don’t erase the rest.

RG told 911 that he refused to remove the gun from MB remember. I always thought it was odd that someone would not be willing to remove a gun from “a shooter”…especially one that he had rendered unconscious twice. I thought that was like agenda #2, right after disabling the shooter. The cops sure made removing the gun a priority.

I thought you frowned upon people who giggled and made jokes about the mob?

It is possible that in “the interest of justice” a verdict with NGRI can ve vacated and charges dismissed if that state allows such a thing, but never to make a person go from NG or NGRI to Guilty. The States laws would dictate that.

I doubt Lauren Kanarek wore her ninja veil HALF as well. No matter how hard she wished she could or insisted.
