Is he getting close to doing what Nagel was said to be close to? Representing someone who isn’t their client and whose interests might be at odds with the client they are representing?

The one poster, the one people keep responding to, simply reposts the same BS she’s been posting for three years now, and people are re-explaining and re-correcting and re-refuting over and over and over. I don’t understand it. All this re-explaining and re-correcting and re-refuting hasn’t changed a thing.
If one must respond, a simple “Wrong” or “No” will do.

Will GAS have to file a notice that he is acting as their attorney before actually arguing anything?
I thought that would be a standard practice.

I’m very curious what the (also new) judge will do with this. That court order in November from Judge S was pretty clear.
Mr Silver and Mr Deininger did their parts and modified their subpoenas and reissued them, and…nothing.

Maybe it will be helpful to keep in mind that this same poster has never made an original argument and the person who has generated all of their arguments has been banned, twice.

That’s what Mr Silver argued when Nagel filed a motion on their behalf - that he didn’t represent them and hadn’t filed a notice of appearance for them. Maybe GAS will try it too. That would be interesting.

Twice that we know of. There MIGHT be another alter or two associated with the same person that have also been banned.
Who knows how many alters that individual actually has, and how much they have lurked and participated. It’s hard to say.

New judge. Maybe he will have a different opinion on the matter. Maybe the request for adjournment was to give mom and pop rider time find their own attorney.

That’s what I thought had happened in November.
The tactics seem like they will become painfully transparent this time around, and I can’t imagine it will make a great impression with the judge.

Yeah, I have a tendency to jump in front of livestock, waving my arms and shouting instead of cringing and turning away when they run at me, and it matters not what the species is! I swear I will die ground into the mud someday! How is that for cutting ability???

Actually, she strikes me as a person who has always just been handed a horse, which she handed back when she got off. I don’t think she knows much about horses, even now, she has her personal assistant do all the work for her. She rides like someone who doesn’t know what she’s doing, either, but rather does what someone told her to do to perform this or that movement. I don’t think she was riding above 1st level when she met MB; She seems to have had some lessons since and rides horses that are trained well, but if you see her videos on her instagram, she really barely stays on, and is completely collapsed at the core, maybe riding the long side of an arena before collapsing. I suspect she really doesn’t know much about horses at all. Now weather she rode as a teen hunter jumper, I don’t know, but It doesn’t appear that she learned much more than whatever was told to her in a lesson, after which she handed back a horse. Not sure. its just how she appears to me.

I wonder how well prepared this attorney is for the upcoming depositions? I mean… a lot has gone on with this case.
When did you say all depositions had to be done? March 03? Does that mean the GAS has to go to Greystone to depose Michael before that date? Doesn’t LK have to sit for her deposition first?
