I was not offended by her excrement hitting the rotary oscillator “joke”. I didn’t think it was clever of particularly funny, but wasn’t offended. What is the point on turning a banal “joke” into an attempt to mock my “delicate sensibilities”. You’re clever, VHM. You’re not subtle.

My issue with your references to JK being associated with the NJ Jewish mafia and references to RICO, is that it’s a smear. If you want to associate with the idea of your being a mob and giggle about it, I have no problem with that. It’s a curious self-own, but you do you.

Honestly CH, sometimes I think you are way too generous, and give me entirely too much credit. I may come across as clever in some of my posts, but in reality, there is a sad small part of me that is still struggling to prove myself.

I think you’re plenty smart enough to recognize the difference between a) insinuating that a non anonymous figure in the tragedy is associated with the NJ Jewish mob vs. b) giggling about self identifying with the mob. Your suggestion that all your mob references are just part of one harmless joke is .

It’s my understanding that “Lauren’s Apartment” is anything but hers and is in-fact, a common use area for people to “hang out in”, when the facility is open and doing it’s business. At least, that’s what I got from reading the website of the facility and it’s amenities. I believe she simply claimed it was hers in order to promote the narrative that she is a big money client - someone important - who commands the respect and subservience of any and all who cross her path.

So is she even paying anything specific for the monthly rental of that space? Or no?

It sounds kind of sad, like she’s trying to buy friends at this point. And of course, still posing and pretending to be a high roller

The facility does have some studio apartments/ rooms of the type grooms often stay in for the season in Wellington. She may well have rented one of those for napping or overnight horse care or whatever. Not sure how it’s relevant to anything.

May be a foot in the door to establish it as her residence or base of operations.

Can you imagine going to the barn one day and seeing Lauren and Rob there? I’d put my children in the truck, lock the doors, go give the BO my notice and last check, and drive barn to barn til I found somewhere to put Dobbin until I found a more permanent solution far away from her. Gawd that would piss me off.

Seriously though.

Even if my child didn’t have a pony at the barn, and I was just an adult ammy boarding a horse there to train with LA - who frankly does come across as though he’s a really nice person and a very good rider and might be a rewarding and enjoyable coach for a lot of adult ammies - I would be stressed crossing paths with LK or RG in a barn on a routine basis.

I wouldn’t stay. There’s plenty of other barns and trainers around without clients like that on-site. And I would wonder what the situation was with the facility owners/managers that caused them to continue to allow these people on the property as clients.

I believe it came up on a previous thread that either the owner or the trainer at LK’s current barn has young kids who are at the barn. I think there was a cute video of them playing in the ring with their dogs or ponies or something.

The issue is one would never know when LK/RG would turn on an unsuspecting fellow boarder for no reason and make their life hell. Of course any other boarder could do the same thing but LK/RG have a history of unexplainable negative behavior toward others.

It’s not just Lk and RG. It’s having Daddio on Patio and KK get wind of some social event they decide to show up at. And that recent rumor about him writing nasty grams tto BNTs? In my opinion, Lauren Kanarek thinks she is smarter than most lawyers, the one she hired is no exception to that. I doubt she thinks she needs her lawyer there to support her.

Now, her father and her lawyer might feel differently.

My guess is that PopPop might indeed feel differently at this point, since his choice to enable dear little Lollypop up to this point has officially taken him to the brink with respect to:

1. Being held in contempt of court
2. Being named in MBs counterclaims… which means PopPop and Kirby’s house/retirement nest egg is potentially at risk

What’s your interpretation of why neither RG nor JK were named in the counter claims, @Virginia_Horse_Mom?

Wasn’t it a plot, according to you, by the three of them to Finish the Bastard? Haven’t you characterized all three as lying, scofflaw grifters?

RG and JK didn’t sue MB so therefore MB couldn’t file a counterclaim against them.
