Michael/ Lauren civil trial update February 9

I mean… maybe she did work hard. :woman_shrugging:

And there are many professions that she might have aged out of, so to speak, now that she’s over 40.

Maybe she will just sit right on down and testify to every last potential detail, without even blinking.

Stranger things have happened I guess.

Yes, but if she was already retired with no income, there is no income to lose.

Clearly there is money coming in from somewhere. She opened the door by trying to claim lost earnings. Now… she’s going to have to answer questions about that, or her lawyers are going to have to amend her complaint I guess and drop the demand for lost wages, sometime before her deposition.

It’s really just amazing to think that someone who was able to get through law school would be foolish enough to come here and make all those ridiculous posts.

And really, what was the point? Just to attempt to persuade a bunch of random strangers on the internet?!?

Maybe his time could have been better spent trying to help his daughter straighten out her life.

Can an amateur rider be sponsored?

Gun violence wasn’t on anyone’s radar?
Seriously?
She ranted about her fear to the point people offered to take in her animals and encouraged her to vamanos!
So was she just making it up that she was “in fear for her life”? That she heard her murder being plotted?

But wait…

Serious physical harm.

Sooo… Which is it?

Only by a family member.

So possibly she’ll claim loss of income due to her not riding because family member didn’t pay sponsorship while she was hospitalized

Not to mention that she kept talking about having her own guns locked and loaded, or whatever it was.

Someone has to be last in the class. I know someone who squeaked through and took the bar exam three times before he passed. He’s not on my “Attorneys I’d Call in a Pinch” list.

I suspect the important part is the bit about the landlord tenant dispute, and RG being owed money.

What do you want to bet that was there to make MB train her only, she gets to live there and be his exclusive client. She’s reportedly got an apartment at her current barn, seems like a set up she likes.
Her attorney is going to have to fight her tendency to paint herself as the winner, and head off her propensity to act like she meant to do stupid stuff because of some secret knowledge rather than just saying, that was stupid I had no plan.

I’d go on an adventure with him.

It’s my understanding that “Lauren’s Apartment” is anything but hers and is in-fact, a common use area for people to “hang out in”, when the facility is open and doing it’s business. At least, that’s what I got from reading the website of the facility and it’s amenities. I believe she simply claimed it was hers in order to promote the narrative that she is a big money client - someone important - who commands the respect and subservience of any and all who cross her path.
