I have no earthly idea what LK’s attorneys can do with all her conflicting statements. I can’t fathom they could file anything to limit her statements. They may try to keep specific ones out as irrelevant or whatever but that could be tough.
I would bet the defendants’ attorneys are excited at the chance to impeach her credibility in front of another jury by bringing in each contradictory statement.
It’s a quandary for her lawyers. They can’t suborn perjury, so they have to actively avoid anything where they are certain she’s lying. They can’t avoid putting the Plaintiff on the stand in her own suit. So, what to do is a good question.

I was not offended by her excrement hitting the rotary oscillator “joke”. I didn’t think it was clever or particularly funny, but I wasn’t offended. What is the point of turning a banal “joke” into an attempt to mock my “delicate sensibilities”. You’re clever, VHM. You’re not subtle.
My issue with your references to JK being associated with the NJ Jewish mafia and references to RICO, is that it’s a smear. If you want to associate with the idea of your being a mob and giggle about it, I have no problem with that. It’s a curious self-own, but you do you.

And this one by the banned JumpinQueen about what RC told the police is interesting….so was her animated reaction to the idea that LK’s cameras my have caught them coming and going from the house during the incident…maybe showing a change of clothes that went into the laundry that RG was dutifully doing that day.

Honestly CH, sometimes I think you are way too generous, and give me entirely too much credit. I may come across as clever in some of my posts, but in reality, there is a sad small part of me that is still struggling to prove myself.

I know that was kind of funny. But she is suing for loss of income, so … she has to prove she had income and she lost it.
Which we all know contradicts what she said everywhere, about working hard and now retiring and being of unlimited means.
