Anyone care to speculate who might be deposed as a fact witness? Would that group include JK, KK, RG, RC, maybe MHG, etc.? What about Mr. Davidson (Hay Guy), Ali Brock, Boyd Martin, Tarshis, etc.?

What about expert witnesses? I know it will include the medical personnel and probably the police officers who responded to the various 911 calls, but who else? Psychologists/psychiatrist?

I don’t know about Ali Brock being a fact witness this time around, except with respect to her phone calls with MB immediately prior to the shooting, and his mental state. I think Boyd was purely a character witness.

I think it’s a certainty Tarshis will make another appearance as a fact witness. I’d imagine MHG and JH will be fact witnesses as well as other staff and clients who were present at the farm from spring of 2019 up until the shooting.

I’m curious, when GAS noted that SGF would be deposed by mid June, as well as MB… does that de facto mean that LKs attorneys will depose the Lunbergs?

Does anyone know how old the Lunbergs are now, and if they are still in decent health? That’s a lot of stress for someone in their mid 80’s.

The percentages DO add up to 100. You are conflating two different pies - “Liability Pie” and “Money Pie”, if I understand things correctly.

Legal folks, correct me if I am wrong, but since my horse threw a shoe and my Internet is down, here is how I understand what has been explained.

For each issue, you’re looking at a liability pie and a money pie, and both add up to 100%:

I think that they fall under the category of “expert depositions” vs that of “fact witnesses.” The expert depositions don’t have to be completed until December, per the most recent proposed timeline.
