They are not being overly logical here.
Michael has shown them time and time and time again in this situation that he is not going to just let them bully him into doing their bidding anymore. Bending to their bully demands is what got him into this situation and he has made it very clear to anyone watching that he is done letting them do that.

In spite of what I had hoped, this civil thing is going to drag on and on. And on. We will all be old(er) and gray(er) by the time there is an end.
I have a part time neighbor who was charged with tax evasion and we were talking a couple million $ in fines/penalties. She managed to drag the case out 7+ years by delaying, not responding, acting all innocent, blaming others, etc. Sure as s**t hope we aren’t still here on this topic in 2030.

I had a post in which I said I admired LO and referred to her as a saint. It has only one “like”.
Did I have a reason to post that? Yes. It’s my opinion. It’s a discussion board. Opinions and thoughts are posted.

A post like that seems like it would be hard to beat, even more so since we (general) know that they (some member of the Kanrek family) included transcribed bits in their SS report.

I seriously am at a loss on how to beat the subpoena for transcripts when you see her post something like that. Then there’s that tiny voice in my head that would be worried about being impleaded on as a defendant, if I were Kirby.

No worries, I’ll rephrase using your words.
MHG was the girlfriend/fiancée of MB during and after the time he successfully coached another talented female rider of about her age who succeeded in riding in the Olympics. During this time MHG developed great animosity toward one of MBs paying clients, pressured him to “get rid of her”, and filed a massive complaint against the amateur client with USEF. Undeniably, there were provocations by the amateur client. When MB had a mental breakdown and shot the client, and, as a delusional man was incarcerated on charges of attempted murder, MHG chose to do what was best for herself and her children, remarry, and get on with her riding career.
LO, in stark contrast, went to MBs aid, packed up the facility in NJ, and, according to SM, sold her own farm so that she could run MBs farm in Florida. Of course she also is running the GFM to raise money for MBs defense.
That’s why I said LO is a saint.

I suppose that voice might be louder than the voice that does not want to do the whole contempt thing, which might explain why Kirby Kanarek continues to ignore the subpoena asking for the transcripts.

I guess it is way too late to simply raise your daughter to be an upstanding citizen and not get involved in the family criminal activities, hu?
But I suppose since Kirby also has an arrest record (was it assault?) that she too thinks following the rules of society to not be something she has to do.

Oh, VHM. Were you accusing me of attacking and/or attempting to doxx LexinVA on HSD? (I didn’t). Isn’t HSD an obscure site? I would never have seen the supposed doxxing of Lex if you hadn’t brought the posts to my attention on COTH.
You created a far bigger audience for the supposed doxxing than it would have had on HSD.
Having been directed to the HSD site by you, I read the supposed doxxing. There must be thousands of “Lex”s in Virginia, so I saw no particular reason to believe Lex was the particular person they named.
I just thought it weird that you chose to bring attention to exchange on HSD.
