If one says something is not in a certain police report, do you [g} get the impression that the person read it and knows what is and is not in the report?
Let’s recap: you stated that to your knowledge something was not in the police report. Unless you had seen that report, what knowledge could you possibly have about it?
You didn’t say it wasn’t mentioned in court, or that you had not seen any reference to it in court filings. You said it wasn’t in the report. We all understand that statement was just puffery, a fabrication perhaps intended to make yourself look or feel important or knowledgable. We also get that statement clearly implied you had read the report. Own your own words.
