I too have wondered where Rosie was hanging out while Lauren was in the hospital and Robert Guy Goodwin/Jim E Stark/Supersman was off getting tickets no where near where Lauren was in that hospital.

How many times has IM/JK been accurate in his points of law, predictions of the out come of…anything? How many times has IM/JK, in what he has said/posted been in agreement with what was revealed in legal filings or testimony during the criminal trial?

The last paragraph makes me scratch my head.

It seems to me if the prosecution at the criminal trial had any evidence of someone else doing that list of things to Michael before the shooting that they would have brought that up for the jury. So weird that Jonathan Kanarek would say something like that when it was not true… I guess he was caught in yet one more lie. Just like Jonathan Kanarek saying he wanted to cooperate with discovery in the civil trial.

MHG was not “harassing” MB I’ll wager. I’ll also wager that she saw LK for what she is and communicated that fact to her PARTNER and I also dare to guess that IM was not privvy to their conversations. . MHG and MB probably discussed it back and forth as couples should do.

Any other statement that blamed MHG for the events is so beyond the pale in bizarroland it boggles the mind to even consider.

Unless it came from something LK posted, I’m not inclined to believe it. I’m on good terms with my parents, but find staying with them in close quarters 24 hours a day, what word should I use, stressful? If money were no object, I’d prefer a nice hotel.

I do believe IM more than I believe Christopher Deininger.

IM made a lot of his own importance and knowledge of the case. My guess is he slipped up and mentioned it somewhere in one of his many discussions with the lawyers about the criminal case or before.

Yes, that poster has a double standard. They can make up anything and everything, call it the movie in their head and that is AOK. Everyone else must have been standing there when that thing happened to be able to post anything.
I think it is worth laughing at.
Just like I laugh when I think about some people insist Jonathan Kanarek (@Inigo-montoya) is honest and accurate in their posts.

Re LK not being allowed to stay with her parents…perhaps that came to light via the private investigator hired by MB, along with other disturbing facts, and that’s how Deninger came to have this information.

Even the prosecutions expert witness testified that Michael wasn’t delusional because Lauren Kanarek was tormenting him. But he never mentioned that MHG was also. Seems so weird that someone trying to make Lauren look sweet and a victim would not have mentioned MHG’s part if they had a part, I mean, this was the prosecution’s witness.

Michael’s defense was about His state of mind. If MHG was part of that, why would Schelly let Lauren Kanarek look so bad on the stand?

I guess in the movie in your head, the prosecution just ignores some great bit that makes their victim look less like the cause of the whole problem.

I never said I read the police report. I have not read the police report.

I explained, twice, that the statements I made about the police report were made on the basis of what was said about the police report in the trial testimony.

Do you understand the distinction between reading a document and reading statements about a document?

It was about whether MB shot LK (yes) and whether he was insane at the time he shot her (also yes).

It was irrelevant to the prosecution as to whether LK or MHG or both or neither were “tormenting” him.

If the prosecution could make their victim look more sympathetic they would have pounced on it.

I too have wondered where Rosie was hanging out while Lauren was in the hospital and Robert Guy Goodwin/Jim E Stark/Supersman was off getting tickets no where near where Lauren was in that hospital.

Rosie could have been staying with RG, wherever he was hanging out while LK was in the hospital.

She could have been in the hotel with them, if they picked a dog friendly hotel.

She could have been boarded at a kennel.

Or maybe Rosie was staying with LK’s parents or sisters, if she wasn’t banned from the family homes.
