Because RG testified to rendering MB unconscious the whole time and somehow his broken, nonfunctional arm that RG was holding behind his back managed to get placed underneath his body. That is what the cops rolled up on. Too bad they were too slow….

I think it’s pretty obvious to everyone that LK had opportunity, motive, and ability to access that gun on the night of the 6th when everyone was kicked out of the barn.

You know there are a few posters who want to “defend” the K’s just incase some random stranger finds these threads and could be convinced that the EIM is wrong.

I’m not sure any stranger would make it beyond 100-200 posts. We are now in the 5K range of, what, the tenth thread!

Is it true that considering each defendant individually, say RC, does LK need to establish that RC individually must be found at least 51% liable tor LK collect from RC?

Were you there? From all accounts the Vera thing was over and if he wanted to bring in REAL money that bad it wouldn’t be by living with a 5 horse grifter for a measley $5000.

No. Ive seen some claims that Vera and MHG were at HH at the same time and that MB moved into the barn with MHG while Vera trained there and lived in the farmhouse. He was definitely still married to Vera when MHG became his girlfriend in 2015.

No one else had the weapon.

Only two things there are known for sure: He had the gun a couple of days before the shooting (for the purpose of storing it securely in the safe). The gun was found underneath him at the scene. Neither of those statements in any way form conclusive evidence that he (a) removed the gun from the safe, (b) brought the gun to the house, or © fired the gun. We don’t know whether Michael had the weapon at all, and we certainly don’t know that “no one else had the weapon.” Unless perhaps you know something we don’t, or have seen the video footage…

He may have been the last person in the office before the shooting but do you know for a fact the gun was still in the office safe at that time? No you don’t and neither do I. It could have been removed at any time between it first being placed there and it being found at the scene.

It might have all happened just as you claim, but it just as easily could have happened a number of other ways. In the civil trial where questions about poor Rosie, Michael’s injuries, the report to CPS, self defense, the videos and listening devices, and LK’s comments about breaking into the office can be raised, there will be plenty of doubt to go around.
