Oh dear, the new Crumbl here is very near where I work out every day and very near my addiction, Trader Joe’s. So, all the good I will do working out will be for nought if I take the leap to go to Crumbl. But, hey, we only live once, right?!!!

I just looked and there is a Crumbl about 9 miles away at a mall I shop at. Have to go since there is a key lime pie cookie on the menu this week!
Yikes! How big are these cookies? Key lime pie cookie has 560 calories; serving size is 1/4 cookie.

Maybe the size varies at different locations? The nutrition information on the one near work indicates the key lime pie cookie has 140 calories. The churro option is 180 calories.

Murdaugh played the role of nice guy to lure his wife there and lull her into feeling safe with him. Paul was no choir boy and SHOULD have been facing huge consequences for boating drunk and the death of Miss Beach, but that would have laid waste to his father’s finances and drawn notice to how he obtained it.
