Christopher Deininger’s allegation of LK being banished from the parents home may or may not be true.
It’s other statements that I consider lies.
Several old disruptive comments I’d love a status on:
- status of the CBS/48 Hours lawsuit
- status of Helgstrand dissolving the CoTH forums
- status of the illegal tapes and transcripts
- status of the subpoenas to CoTH to turn over the identities of all posters to Lauren Shay Kanarek’s attorneys
What other major dust-ups did I miss?

Okay Mr. D and Mr. B, instruct the EIM how you want to mobilize us if the Judge does not release MB. While I personally favor an Old Testament style reaction I do realize maybe that is not the best approach.

I have said Christopher Deininger’s allegation about LK being banished from LKs parents home is an allegation. It is not proof. Since it’s only an allegation, it’s not a lie.
One more time, and I will expand my question, why do you think Mr. D is dishonest AND what proof do you have that Mr. D is dishonest?
If there is something that you know as fact, that may be a good idea for us to know as well, that prove that we should not be holding Mr. D is such high regard, why not tell us?
If it is just your gut telling you that Mr. D is dishonest, well that’s fine too. Just own it.

I do still wonder what Jonathan Kanarek (@Inigo-montoya) and Kirby Kanarek (@Seeker1) are doing about their once again ignored subpoenas. So weird since Jonathan Kanarek posted here that he wanted to cooperate in discovery in the civil suit. Clearly Jonathan Kanarek was not being honest in that post.

It is most likely happening to other patients as well as some have pointed out. The media attention would shine a light on these problems that mental health patients face.
