I wonder what would happen at the hearing if some random stranger stood up in the courtroom and said something like, “Excuse me Your Honor, Judge Taylor, Sir that is not what the law says!”
Obviously they would be escorted from the room, but would they be in worse trouble?

He’d probably throw them in jail. You aren’t allowed to talk to the judge during a court proceeding unless you are a lawyer or acting as one pro se.

For Point #2 - that is a pretty serious allegation. Which leads me to believe, based upon the posting style of CH, that it is intended to be inflammatory. CH is allowing her/himself to be manipulated. @CurrentlyHorseless - you need to produce the documentation to support this statement.

I can imagine the Kanareks rejoice at having someone like @CurrentlyHorseless in their corner twisting, turning, misreading, misunderstanding, arguing to infinity and back again, name calling, deflecting, denying, and being utterly obtuse, all on their behalf! They don’t have to lift a toenail to be entertained.
Imagine the absolute audacity of some total stranger attacking Chris Deininger! Well, since they are anonymous I guess they think they they are invincible! Time will tell.
If I were @CurrentlyHorseless, I would edit my derogatory post, ask forgiveness or provide immediate proof that Christopher Deininger lied about the banishment of Lauren Shay Kanarek from the family home. But that’s just me, thankfully not @CurrentlyHorseless.

If I may speculate; AND please CH, correct me if I am wrong, I believe that CH is basing her belief that Mr. D is dishonest due to the language he has used in some legal briefs. That language being “Upon information and belief…”
What CH fails to realize, understand and know, that language is very common in legal briefs. And if that language is used, I’d be willing to bet my new paid off mortgage, the attorneys, Mr. D has proof of what he is writing about.
