Possibly charged with Contempt of Court perhaps tossed in jail. May have to pay a fine to get out and/or issue retraction in open court.

Love. It.

How does one issue a retaction if they have sworn to “tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth” and what they said in court was true? It seems to me that to retract the statement would be a form of perjury. But from what I have seen of the court systems, most judges and prosecutors don’t really care about perjury in every day testimonies. They only charge it when it fulfills their own purposes. (Yes, I am old, cynical, and jaded. And while I’m at it, “Stay off my lawn!”)

Being alone to fight public opinion was never going to be easy.

The person who jumped up in the audience to shout out about the judge has not sworn any oath.

Would they be sworn in to retract their statement?

Another question: Can Greystone be found in contempt of court for not providing the treatment ordered by the court?

It was such a pretty flounce too. You can practically hear the heels on the tiles and the ruffle-y skirts bouncing.

Note to self: when performing the flounce don’t forget to tag Mod1 and, for full effect, make it a 360 degree rather than the 180 you promised.

Yes I’m assuming they would be sworn in as it would be done as it’s own case were it for a party not involved in the case.

Yes anyone not following a court order could be found in violation of a court order and possibly contempt by the courts own motion or motion by another party named in the case.

I think it is a pretty common forum term, not just COTH.

Yes. And as per Urban Dictionary’s top definition, this one was pretty textbook.

Lol.
You bait other posters, don’t pretend.
You have also insulted other posters.
And as a reminder: Talking about LK’s actions and their consequences is not bashing.

Since you apparently decided to not log out as you dramatically stated, let’s update what is posted on this particular thread recently in addition to your little list, mkay? How many times did you post the same post, almost verbatim, about percentages awarded or assigned or whatever from a civil trial? YOU derailed the thread for several days and insulted the posters here who do have legal experience, by arguing with them, playing dumb, even after quite a few took the time to draw it all out for you. And you still kept at it! In case you haven’t comprehended, the posts of hamsters, recipes, whatever almost always occur to deflect from your often annoying posts - annoying because of the repetition and frequency of your but, but, but posts.

So, flag away but don’t criticize cookies, recipes, hamsters, whatever device that may he used to move from YOUR tangent. Please stop being so sanctimonious. Join in the discussion or not. Agree, disagree or whatever, but your efforts to control the thread are a waste of time and selfish, particularly if it is true you have no connection to the Kanareks or ulterior motives on their behalf.

So they look to be pretty good size! I can’t believe I was within 50 yards of Crumbl this morning and forgot to stop in! Fate I guess!

Are they good?

I hate to tell you, I never watched Frasier. I was a huge Cheers fan (even been to the bar in Boston), but couldn’t embrace an entire show based on Frasier.

I also never saw a single episode of Seinfeld, nor a lot of other popular shows. hangs head in shame

That was a very short lived flounce @CurrentlyHorseless!

Surely you can do better after you post Christopher Denlinger’s supposed lies!
