Michael/ Lauren civil trial update February 9

Ugh. I believe the circle of life is necessary, but I don’t want any critter I raised to be anything other than a well-loved pet. So sorry you had this experience.

I had a rather sad ending to my hamster breeding business. I’d just sold a litter to a local pet store, then the store burned down. All the animals perished. I couldn’t stand to breed any more after that. I was all of 14 years old.

Yes! I ate the whole key lime minus 1 bite for hubby.

He had chocolate chip, minus 1 bite for me. It was warm and gooey.

Took 1 bite of pink, to sweet. 1 bite of blueberry, warm and good. Key lime my favorite

I am going to be nauseous. But it’s worth it

Yum! Thank you! If I’m not mistaken, the flavors will change within the next day or two. I wonder what’s next?!

Edit - yes, the flavors change Monday

I’m going to try to forget it’s there. Right across from Trader Joe’s. I’m doomed

I was looking at Chris Deininger’s website and saw that he has a blog. I think part of what @Knights_Mom posted was from his blog.

It is a great little article about Michael’s case, worth reading. He makes many good honest points.

Yes, mine is across from Trader Joe’s too!

I believe CH “took exception” to some of the statements in that blog. Just an FYI, that blog was not written by Chris Deininger. It shows Rich Casamento, who apparently is a social media person, as the author.

It is such a great blog!
Lots of great information.

I really like the photo too.

The same person (Rich Casamento) also wrote an article on the blog about how Deininger has partnered with a large digital marketing firm (WSI). I was thinking that Casamento probably works for that firm, but he isn’t listed as one of their consultants, so perhaps he works for Deininger OR he was a WSI consultant at the time the blogs were written but has since moved on.

A quick LinkedIn search shows that Casamento is the owner of the WIN Marketing Group, a digital marketing agency focused on digital business development for mid-sized B2B and B2C clients. Perhaps he split off from WSI at some point.

Uh oh. That will be me tomorrow.

Can you buy individual cookies? Or do you have to buy a four pack?

I keep thinking about, if the civil suit gets out of discovery, and makes it that far, how will this play in front of another jury? One that may get to here even more of those posts?

From the blog on Mr Deininger’s website linked above:

“ Together with Co-Counsel Edward Bilinkas, the renowned criminal defense attorney, Mr. Deininger and the defense team built an overwhelming defense from tens of thousands of pages of social media postings of the alleged victims, showing a pattern of systematic abuse and manipulation.”

Time for all the good and patient people here to once more take a breath and let certain posters twist in the wind. Maybe then they will take a time out and give us all a break. :grimacing:

Good to know. Thanks!

That is my favorite paragraph!

I also love the fact that the Go Fund Me is mentioned.

I had to go back and read this again it was so well said. She has repeatedly derailed the thread to post the same unendingly useless posts over and over demanding attorneys on the thread give answers already addressed elsewhere, then purposefully mis understanding them in order to derail the thread further. You can be sure when we post about cookies and hamsters we are shaking off CH trolling and baiting the very considered posters here. Then, to melt down because we stopped putting up with it. I hope she stays gone.

Of the many things that I can not fathom regarding the K-PopRiders is why they think that by continuing their narrative thru the couple of minions here anyone is going to wake up one day and see things from their perspective. The amount of effort put forth by this small group is pretty significant. And for what? Why do it? Whats in it for them? The sum of the obtuse posts and inflammatory statements really affirm that the K-PopRiders are grifters and should be avoided at all costs.

Things that I ponder on a Friday afternoon.
