Michael/ Lauren civil trial update February 9

I love red hots!! When I decorate Christmas cookies, red hots are the only topping I use. And lots of them.

I am not a fan of regular sprinkles. Sugar, lard, and food coloring. Not my jam.

I do love jelly filled donuts and also Dunkin Donuts’ Munchkins. I love that they make (or did at one point) a jelly filled donut hole. Mmmmm

Oh good. We’re back to compelling discovery.

I didn’t see anyone mention Shipley’s Donuts. Do y’all not have them?

We have 2 in my small town. I’ve been to 1 a couple times. Donuts are okay. Coffee was nasty.

There are two local shops we like. One made the news a few years ago. I didn’t realize it was news all over until I picked some up for my sister when she was visiting from IL and she told me she saw it on the news. Dear Donut Man. Donuts and coffee are good. The brisket kolache are really tasty.

She posted it on her Facebook page, dating it as the night before the post was made. It was after she had moved to Florida, which puts it well after the shooting.

For the lawyers in the room - what are the chances Stone files some sort of motion to further delay things? And can he file motions to quash subpoenas such as were filed before?

Thanks! That’s what I thought. Lauren Shay Kanarek will never, ever, under any circumstances learn humility or compassion.

For all the EIM members, regardless of age, this is for and about US -

My memory escapes me…

So far the attorneys for Lauren Kanarek have not actually argued that certain items do not exist, just that they shouldn’t have to participate in discovery correct?

What happens when they inevitably say it doesn’t exist and the lawyers are lying? On the forum Kirby Kanarek claimed that Jonathan Kanarek was not in negotiations with Tarshis/Michael Barisone to leave and go to a different farm in spite of criminal trial testimony. Plus the many claims that Michael’s lawyers are lying….

So what happens if they say formally say Deininger is lying and he proves to the court he isn’t? Is that when GAS quits?

Oh…and screw the cookies. Today I had cobbler. Not pie, but in the family.

What did she post? Sorry I missed it, scrolled back can’t find…

Tim Horton’s coffee does suck. McDonald’s is actually quite a bit better.

I believe the response was to my question if the video Lauren Shay Kanarek posted of the young girl in Target(?) was before or after the shooting. You know, the video where she followed the girl and her friend around the store making fun of how she was dressed. She even continued videoing as she got in line behind the girl at checkout. Then she posted the video on FB, you know, doing the kind of thing Lauren likes to do for fun and laughs.

Oh. Yes. I do remember that - that is not something one forgets…. Cruel….

I remember she was upset when I postulated that the younger woman she was videoing AND MOCKING could have been a minor.

Lauren Kanarek certainly didn’t like that line of questioning. But was it because she suspected the person being mocked was a minor? Or was she angry that someone was clearly younger than herself?

Right, it was a “blooper” video per Lauren. Dang, I’m a fairly intelligent person who has seen many, many “blooper” videos, and that video wasn’t anything more than two middle aged adults following two much younger people dressed in short, child like clothing. Blooper? Blooper definition: a mistake or error. The only mistake or error was Lauren Shay Kanarek following and videoing two strangers and posting it on social media.

Of course Lauren’s supporters found no fault with her behavior and actually laughed at the two unsuspecting strangers. So cool to be bullies.

I really wonder how the Kanareks plan on whitewashing all the inappropriate past behavior to convince a civil jury they are poor little victims. Oh wait, it will be the job of their esteemed attorney to make them look somewhat presentable and normal. Good luck with that! Total strangers saw right through them after the brief time they were presented on 48 Hours!

I can hear Bilinkas/Deininger now, “Who does that?!”

I love that she does stuff like calling that video a blooper because it’s so obvious what it is we don’t have to convince anyone of anything. They clearly see who and what she is and together we are all like
