Oh look, the lawyer that does not represent Jonathan Kanarek @Inigo-montoya) and Kirby Kanarek @Seeker1 has filed to quash their once again ignored and now way past the deadline subpoenas. It is like that groundhog day movie.
None of this is a real surprise, because there was no reason to ask for an extension if he was not planning on filing something.
The thing I do not get is, hasn’t the court already said what their opinion on these subpoenas is, so how is it OK to ask the court to quash them again?

Same arguments? Opening with discovery is harrassment? I’m thinking someone hasn’t looked at the trial or the discovery so far…

GAS is kind of funny actually.
He sounds all tough, proclaiming the criminal court found this and that, but then puts this sentence in, ignoring the whole NG verdict on even assault towards Robert Guy Goodwin/Jim E Stark/Superman/now Michael Goodwin.
Oh and look, now they claim that Bruce reached out ‘several times’ about the prior subpoenas but the only proof they ever provided as a vague email that was after the response date.
What a fun imaginary world they live in. GAS you are looking more and more like Bruce.
Now I at least understand all the rants recently from a certain poster trying to paint Chris as a liar. I am not saying they (that poster) are related or associated with the Kanarek crowd but the fact that GAS made this filing filled with lies does make the timing of those posts very interesting.

Honestly, did anyone expect any Kanarek to comply with any requests from opposing attorneys? They honestly must have expected everyone to be falling over themselves throwing large sums of $$ at them…that is until the not guilty verdicts and the absurd impeachment of Lauren Shay Kanarek and Robert Guy Goodwin. So many effing lies by these masters of deception.

More GAS lies. Or maybe it is just GAS listening to the movie in his head. Something that side seems to like to do.
NGRI means a person is unable to form intent, so how does that include plotting. And if there is so much proof of this plotting, why was none presented at the criminal trial? (Ignoring the whole fact that why would there be plotting since Michael was actively getting rid of Lauren Kanarek with the help of her father, Jonathan Kanarek @Inigo-montoya.)
So showing that GAS feels lying like this is his only option.
