Does good ole GAS realize that the “circus sideshow” has been caused by his client and the fact that she is incapable of staying off social media and/ or threatening people who do not support her untrue narrative?

WTAF???

19,000 pages of social media content from his client, used in the criminal trial, support that the ringmaster of the circus is Lauren Kanarek, and the circus owner is Jonathan Kanarek. Head clown goes to Robert Guy Goodwin, and yes we actually know his correct name, unlike the attorney representing his now girlfriend, no longer fiancé. Kirby Kanerek is the trapeze artist, who just cannot grab the bar and is constantly ending up in the safety net.

I wouldn’t hire this attorney to muck a stall, let alone represent me in court.

Does anyone believe he has actually met his client???

That…was a terrible set of filings. Factually inaccurate and now they’re saying that SGF’s subpoena requests imply they believe LK deserved to be shot? Yikes.

Factually inaccurate pearl clutching. Anyone want to take bets on how many times some variation on the claim that LK was almost murdered with intent. It’s like in every sentence. Comes across really angry about that NGRI verdict, something that an independent lawyer shouldn’t be.

What is that saying:

When you have the facts , argue the facts. When you have the law, argue the law. When you have neither pound on the table.

Those briefs are the definition of pounding the table.

Plus they completely miss the point. If the information is duplicated…then what is the problem with handing it over?

Well…

If he has met his client it means he flew down to the Florida, right? Because dear little Lauren Kanarek should not have to travel to NJ for anything.
I would guess he has met his not clients, Jonathan Kanarek (@Inigo-montoya) and Kirby Kanarek (@Seeker1).

So in the first motion, it said if the motion isn’t quashed, the K’s should be given time to get their own counsel. Wouldn’t the court think they already had enough time to do that?

Perhaps the hold up is because if it can be proven that Lauren Kanarek made false allegations in her transcripts then she has been told by SS that they will ban her.

There is that little point too.

In a way, I feel bad for GAS. He has a huge hill to climb, with a very large box of social media posts tied to his back.
I mean, what choice does GAS have but to carry on with the same types of lies that the Kanarek family has been telling all along?

I would think the judge will not look kindly on the same motion to quash being filed that has already been decided and the witness already ordered to respond to. There’s no new reason to quash, so I don’t know why the judge would grant it.

This is a general observation, i am not in any way privy to anything in this case.

I have been suspicious for a very long time that the transcripts the K-Klan sent to SS were not accurate renderings of what was on the recordings and were edited to make MB appear as bad as possible and make LK seem like a dear little angel. And that is the EXACT reason why the Ks won’t turn over the transcripts.

Methinks a jury will take a dim view of the revelation that they used false allegations against MB for the purpose of destroying his career and reputation. And USEF will take a dim view of them weaponizing SS in that manner.
