And the private conversation between MB and Tarshis that was held in MB’s private office? Tarshis had indicated that LK mentioned the conversation almost verbatim. Are you going to insinuate that MB relayed the conversation (verbatim) to MHG, who relayed it (verbatim) to RC, who relayed it (verbatim) to JH, who relayed it (verbatim) to the barn staff, who relayed it (verbatim) to LK?

I totally “get it”. The EIM narrative is that LK was jealous of MHG, and pressured and harassed MB until he snapped, supposedly “driving him insane”.
The Kanarek narrative, based on what I have read on COTH, is that MHG disliked LK, and resented any time MB spent training LK both because she hated LK and because she wanted all of MBs time and attention because she thought he was going to get her on the US Olympic team, as he did Ally Brock. According to the Kanarek narrative, it was MHGs hounding of Barisone, and perhaps is a threat to leave him which were a primary factor in the mental breakdown, resulting in the shooting.
These are conflicting narratives. I understand them both.
The conversations the Kanareks had with Tarshis at a horse show would have reflected their narrative, not the EIM narrative, obvs.

Sworn testimony they put video up right before the incident and then turned them off.
Sworn testimony the video was the kind to record to the cloud.
Statements there are various numbers of audio pulled from the phones in possession of the courts and lawyers. I think 81 is the most commonly referred number.

I’m talking about whether they viewed MB as morally responsible for the shooting, which is the big deal.
Obviously they had issues with MBs not paying for the renovation work and/or not fulfilling training commitments.
So, based on the Silver filings, does it seem like we will be seeing another motion for the court to clarify the conditions under which LK is to be compelled to be deposed under soon? How will these motions/filings maybe impact the new judges impression for a filing like that?

I don’t think LK was committed to her training commitments either, since she didn’t show up all the time for her scheduled lessons. Regardless of who was instructing her that day.
And I thought it was agreed that RG was to do the renovation work for payment of those 2 additional horses soon to be 3.

The Kanareks, both Lauren and her parents, yammered on and on about the disposition (results) of the various charges filed against them over the years whenever it was brought up and if you look at those NJ court records, it shows that the county prosecutor’s office refused to prosecute them, except in specific instances like Lauren’s underage alcohol possession - likely to teach her a lesson - and she faced no charges whatsoever for - per her own admission - getting distracted while driving and smashing her Lexus into a tree.

People who spend their time at night doing ninja stuff in the woods and sneaking into barns to disturb the horses by playing loud music (and God knows what else), and screaming outside of people’s windows when the folks inside are trying to sleep, and obsessively scouring social media for any mention of themselves and posting sarcastic or intimidating replies and other nonsensical rants, are often too tired and sleepy to make it to the barn the next day to ride. And especially if they have a drug habit.

Yes! You get it! Only not insinuate, speculate. I think this scenario or a similar one is much more likely than LK and RG being super ninja spies.

Thank you! I’ve googled and googled and can’t find any hint of all the nefarious speculation on the Kanareks. The arrest record could be the parents getting between their daughter and drugs any way they could (thinking of Carroll O’Connor public service announcements).
You and CH have really jumped the shark lately. Your postings have become about as nonsensical as most of Miss Lollypop’s.
What is the matter? Are you starting to feel the walls closing in?
