But did he really do that? I still believe he went against the recommendations of the doctors at Anne Klein because he was unhappy with the verdict and wanted to “incarcerate” MB for as long as possible. I see no other logical explanation for his outrageous behavior and decisions.

According to the updates provided by Lara Osborne, MB has not been tested in order to process through the levels. MB being released on Jan 2 is extremely unlikely, based on what LO has written.
