MidAtlantic Horse Rescue, Inc. is the recipient of a grant from the Thoroughbred Education Research Foundation (TERF) to subsidize a series of clinics specifically for thoroughbreds in 2014. Clinicians from different disciplines- dressage, eventing, showing, etc- who know and love thoroughbreds will present a series of monthly clinics at the farm in Warwick MD. All levels welcome, groups of 3-4 riders per session (1 hr- 1 1/4 hr). MAHR graduates can participate for FREE, other TBs will be able to attend at the reduced fee of $30- per horse. Space is limited, and slots filled on a first come first served basis. Clinicians include Jeanne Davis, Tara Ziegler, Steuart Pittman, Sally Shirley, and more.
First three clinics:
March 22- Jeanne Davis (Dressage or Jumping)
April 5th- Tara Ziegler (Jumping)
May 10th - Steuart Pittman (Jumping)
All clinics will be held at MAHR, 560 Budds Landing Rd, Warwick, MD 21912. (The March clinic with Jeanne may move to her nearby indoor in the event of bad weather/footing.)
