Middleburg boot company

Does anyone know who makes the Middleburg boots? I’ve seen them for sale on Dover but cannot find an independent website for them.

Pretty sure that’s a Dover “house” brand, like the Upland sheets. As to who makes them for Dover… if I had to guess guess guess I’d say JPC-- but I’m just guessing.

I think it’s a Dover brand… but either way they are pretty much the best boots off the rack out there short of spending over $500. I have beat the heck out of mine and everyone compliments me on them and think that they are custom. They happen to fit me really well and the leather is soooo soft. I actually have stopped wearing my paddock boots and half chaps completely as these are the only things I want to ride in.

PS-Order 1/2 a size down in the foot.

I would also say JPC. They look a bit like the Tuff Rider Baroque field boots with a slight upgrade.

They are Treadstone (or at least were three years ago when I got a pair). They really are nice, and are holding up well. Definitely order 1/2 smaller.

Not sure who makes them, but a ton of people think mine are custom. It makes me feel good, because I am that girl that wears out of date clothings in the show ring. They are also so easy to break in and so comfortable, not to mention they have taken a total beating the past year and still clean up to look almost new.

They were also the first boot that I didn’t have to buy or get a gusset put in because my calves are mosters for my feet.

Sometimes I feel 99.9999% certain of who makes a “house brand” (i.e. some Nunn Finer bridles are made by Bartville, some Smartpak bridles are made by HK, some Smartpak sheets are made by Kensington). When it comes to this guess, I’m just guessing wirhout a strong conviction. They sort of look JPC ish and some of the other Dover house brands (breeches, stable sheets) seem to me like they might be JPC made. So I am guessing the boots are too. But it’s not a strong conviction.

I’m pretty sure the fleece lined winter ones are made by Treadstone. Look very similar (and are similar in price) to the Middleburg ones. Sold at VTO. Awesome boots.
