Modular Barn Companies - Anyone with a Lancaster?

Well, I was quoted $40k installed (not including site work) for a 3 stall (basically an enclosed shedrow, but slightly different layout). I am currently waiting to hear back from a local builder about a quote for just a 24x48 pole barn. In terms of valuing the property, the pole barn helps because it can be converted back. OTOH, the MD Barnmaster can be sold or moved.

Have you contacted Conestoga Barns? They were the first quote I obtained and I’m still talking with them. 36 x 36 metal sided, metal roofed barn with three stalls, tack room and wash room was comparable-- $43k (not including site prep, water, electric). I’m curious about the pole barn option-- certainly seems attractive from a pricing standpoint.

Just received my quote from MD Barnmaster- sharing in case it is helpful for others. A two stall with tack room, wash rack, and 6’ overhang (shed roof off the front) shedrow is $31,000 delivered and installed on my site in Virginia-- does not include site prep, water, electric. Am in the process of seeing what the difference is in cost for switching the wash rack into a stall.
