Sorry but that doesn’t even look like the same person. It is amazing what good make-up for photography can do eh! 
I will attest to the fact that a good makeup artist makes photoshop nearly unnecessary. I recently had reason to have professional makeup and photos done, and when I saw my 50 yr old self, I didn’t even recognize it.
