I see several recipes online for horse popsicles. The recipes are all a bit different; some hang on ropes, some are thrown onto the hay, some are floated in a water tub. The sizes and ingredients vary quite a bit as well, with internet photos showing a range of sizes from as small as the size of a human popsicle up to gallon-sized blocks of flavored ice.
Have you made popsicles or ice blocks for your horses? What’s your favorite type and method of feeding? It’s probably silly to ask if there seems to be a favorite because of course there will always be the horse who will refuse to even taste it, but generally, have you had success with any particular recipe?
