morven park results?

Are they posted anywhere? Dressage show from this past weekend.

Doesn’t look like PVDA has them posted yet

http://www.pvda.org/Lists/Show%20Results/AllItems.aspx

The show was a PVDA show, www.pvda.org - PVDA posts its shows’ results here, http://www.pvda.org/Lists/Show%20Results/AllItems.aspx.

I don’t see the Morven show up yet, so maybe they haven’t gotten around to it yet (?)…perhaps just check the results link over the next few days.

I only know that last Sunday Belinda Nairn-Wertmann with Florianus won the GrandPrix Special with > 70%.

Belinda just mailed me that she was very happy with her score because this was only their second competition.

Does anyone know who the photographer was this past weekend?

I was scribing - saw some amazing rides and some incredibly cringe worthy ones … especially at the upper levels.

BHS Photography.

Belinda’s ride was very well ridden and fantastic to watch! Very nice horse.

One of my students brought home Training High Score with a 76.8% after a very long journey with her horse. Shameless plug for her, but I am SO proud!

I saw this horse already when he was ridden by Karin Rehbein, and I think this is one of the most “honest” horses I ever saw.

The show results will be up tomorrow morning.

It’s really amazing (frustrating) to see that most of these classes are judged by only ONE judge.

Results are up!

Theo - you just never have anything constructive or nice to say do you??

NO, you are right, because there is not much positive to say, but at least it’s very constructive and honest.

I agree that it can be annoying to have the same judge for every First 3 you have, when you just want some new feedback… and maybe to qualify for BLMs  with a judge that won’t give you .1% below what you need.

Note: I am the first to say that anyone getting .1% below BLM qualifier should be returning to the show ring anyway, not sneaking into the championships.

Suzanne Hassler had a similar problem. She needed scores from different judges and she always wound up with the same judge.

We had two judges in our 4 yr old class however.

I wasn’t there, but I thought the scores seemed low for certain horses. Specifically, the horses judged by “Minor”. Does anyone agree?
