My PM box is 93% full. I’d like to clear out some space so it doesn’t get 100% full, but I don’t really want to delete any of the messages that are in there at this point. Is there a way of downloading them as a file to my computer, forwarding them as email, etc? I could do it the stupid way, just copy and paste the text to a Word doc, but I’d rather not, if there’s a better way.

All you have to do is go to the bottom of your message box page and there’s an option to download the messages in three different formats. You need to choose Text. The website will put all your messages into a single text file if you want to keep them.

i’ve tried this twice and still the inbox continues to fill. help!! i’m at 98% and don’t really want to lose the messages.
Once you have saved them onto your hard drive, then you can delete them from your PM in and outboxes
