I received a signed (!) copy of “Don’t Trample the Dogs” (Michael Sinclair-Smith) as a gift from a long time friend/trainer. Kept me totally engrossed all Christmas Day. Highly recommended!
He also wrote “The Man With the Little Bugle” which is also as funny! The players are real people btw. He’s a delightful & hilarious person too. I provided him with my fieldhunter to use once when he guested with my then hunt. Neat experience and he was gracious and generous. He used to run hunting tours but don’t know if he’s still doing this. So…I second the recommendations!
I found “The Rider with the Little Bugle” on Amazon ($79 !). Also found “Lure
of the Chase” by the same author. Both look interesting and I’m wishing the holiday “vacation” wasn’t coming to an end!
