Any tips to prevent another horse from constantly trying to pull muzzle off their pony companion, besides putting muzzle on other horse or separating them?
Once they start having fun ‘taking off his clothes,’ you need to separate or muzzle the offender. Have not heard bad tasting stuff on straps working or helpful. Geldings are usually the offenders, with young horses the worst.

Thank you! The offender is a 23 year old gelding! He also loves to take off fly masks! He will be getting a muzzle!

I put halters over my muzzles. Have never had a muzzle come off that way. They are breakaways too.
