My mail box is full, but I don´t want to delete all the messages.

I can´t find instructions on how to delete selected messages. It appears to be all or nothing. What am I missing?

On the right side there is a little box, you can check those that you want to delete.

Another thing to look at is your sent box. You can usually delete most of what is in there.
