I’ve been trying to upload a profile picture, but everytime I push “save changes” the page goes all white, it says “done” in the bottom left of the screen and then nothing happens. I have tried different sized pictures but nothing works.

Profile pictures can’t be any larger than 500 by 500 pixels or 100.0 KB. Are you sure your picture was within those parameters? To doublecheck, you can right click on that picture’s file on your computer, then click on “properties” —> then the “details” tab.
Check on that and then let us know if you’re still having trouble.
