For some reason, I could not log on. I followed the prompts, but apparently my user name of so many years has been lost (sid). Suddenly, I have been given a new user name of S Doner? How can I keep “sid”?

It looks like you’d set up two accounts over the years with two email addresses. You likely entered the email associated with this account when you were having trouble logging in, so the system got you signed back on under this account instead of your regular one.
