Mystery Thorowgood Maxam?

I impulsively bought a saddle off ebay because

1. I have an addiction to saddles
2. I really love the brand.

However, I cannot find any details online for what looks like some sort of thorowgood endurance saddle.

Upon stalking the internets, I came across a ton of forum topics on here about saddles by many informed people, so I figured You’d be the place to start.

Any help?
I’d also like to know what they would fetch, if I have to resell.

I had a hard to fit horse and used ebay to buy then resell a number of saddles. I was not out to “make money” but ended up even with the shipping cost breaking about even on the saddles I sold. I was happy with the one I kept and learned that the leather was unbelievably supple on a Duett but as soon as I added leathers the saddle became unridable for me.

So i would expect that the saddle is at most worth 50.00 more then you paid off of ebay, and maybe 50.00 less.

Saw that listing. What was the actual seat size? You might consider emailing pics of the saddle to Thorowgood or to http://www.hastilowusa.com/ the owner is super helpful and has imported Thorowgoods for years. Probably get 100-125 on a good day or 75 on a bad…
