I know it is common that some upper level horses will get injured and return to competition after rehab. I am interested in reading any profile articles that are out there on FEI level dressage or show jumpers that have returned to competition after injury. Thanks for the help!
Well, I don’t know how your parents will react; but I hereby name you Keen.
HH Azur is the first who came to mind. https://www.chronofhorse.com/article/hh-azur-is-back-from-injury-to-win-401000-lugano-diamonds-grand-prix-with-ward
Isabel Worth’s Bella Rose

Verdades – broken jaw
I know Reiner Klimke’s Ahlerich had hock surgery and went to the Olympics afterward, and in those days surgical techniques were far less advanced.
I wonder if you’ll have a smaller list of top FEI horses who haven’t come back from some kind of injury. Many of these horses just didn’t compete because the owners/trainers didn’t want to advertise the injury. Are you looking for magazine articles?
