It’s fine on my MAC. But it’s not working on my iPad or iPhone. I’ve rebooted, shut them down & even deleted them & re installed them & STILL NOTHING ! Other than its UPCOMING.
It hasn’t worked for me at all, except to access archives- the live part doesn’t seem to function. A shame, as my laptop is on the fritz today, it seems.
The app on my phone just keeps saying upcoming event. Well, when are they going to start streaming it???
I am so happy I did not have to pay for the app. But when it is streaming, it works great for me!
I had the same issue - tried for an HOUR to get in on my iPad which worked perfectly yesterday. I finally got it going on my laptop. I don’t understand why it won’t work on mobile devices all of a sudden - it does just say “coming up” or whatever. I DID get an app update on it yesterday, don’t know if that affected it but all the other sports were streaming just fine on the iPad. Hopefully I can go back and watch the hour I missed later on…
It is working now! Just not as clear as it has been. I am happy that I can finally watch:-)
Haven’t been able to get the app working on my phone at all, since the beginning. The ads work perfectly, but the stream only lasts about twenty seconds. Repeat attempts usually result in my whole phone shutting down in protest. 
They released another “update” yesterday. Probably messed it up more. So frustrating!
HELP, Please!
LiveApp has been working great on iPad up until yesterday, and now again this AM. I can open the app fine, but when I click on any live video, it gets hung up on an ad. All sports, not just Equestrian. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it but this keeps happening, and I want to watch the SJ desperately! Any ideas???
