Need Advice! Frozen Semen Fleetwater Opposition offspring

First, I am not selling anything, I just need some advice on this situation. Its been many years since I have been on these boards but I do remember there are a lot of people on here that know more than I do about Sport Horse Breeding. I thank any of you that could point me a direction…
I own a Fleetwater Opposition/Golden Bash (Rhett Butler) gelding (used to be Stallion). He is Trak/ISH and in the Main book in Ireland. He was collected for a couple of years at 4 and 5 then gelded at 5. He is now 14 years old. I have kept his semen frozen all these years at Rood & Riddle and have never had time to do anything with it. He evented some, does beautiful dressage and did some SJ. Through no fault of his own, I did not show him a lot. I’m looking for anyone that has ideas on what to do with his semen. I really don’t want to keep paying to store it and I know since he didn’t make it to the International level, it will be hard to sell and its just not my area…Any ideas? Thank you for your help!

Which registries are open to his offspring? Maybe call a stud who stands stallions approved by that registry to see if they want to use or advertise the semen.

From a practical point-- you can always advertise it for a reasonable price (via internet/facebook) and see if you can get some test foals on ground. He does have very interesting bloodlines for the eventing crowd especially.

Sometimes one can at least get what are in essence ID papers in the studbook of the mother.even if the sire is not approved (which can be later upgraded–or the subsequent generation can be upgraded.) (But i will defer to the pedigree gurus here on that. I do not know if the performance horse registry (PHR) was ever replaced but a google suggests the AES may be another registry option? (ID papers are sometimes needed for young horse classes etc.)
