I have a 2yo Appendix located in Swedesboro, NJ with breeders/trainers. I am located in TX. I am very particular and am willing to pay for a top notch dentist provided they have the experience, certifications and come with great recommendations. I have contacted my dentist here in TX and am awaiting her response. Thank you in advance for suggestions!! 
Dr. David Foster does exclusively dentistry and is very good. He is the dentist that New Bolton Center uses for consults and is located in southern NJ, though I’m not exactly sure where.
Some ideas in the area are Scott Gager (unless he’s gone 100% full time with his music career, not sure if he was or not) and Butch Dais. Glenn doesn’t have someone who he uses who could do your horse too?!
Scott is still doing horses. Just did mine. I’ve used Butch Dase too and was very happy with his work. It’s just that my new barn uses Scott.
Pj Murphy. He does all the upper level / fei horses around here. You will need someone )trainer, vet) to sedate the horse.

Butch Dase is awesome, and he lives in soutern NJ. He does them by hand, he doesn’t believe in the power floats as he says they take too much off too quickly.
Scott Gager did a good job too but he was always hard to book appts. His son is doing teeth too now so he may be available.
mike mullen is excellent and has great bedside manners with the horses. i’m not sure if he services that area. i think he’s based in monmouth county but he travels up to hunterdon to do my mare so he may travel south as well. i can pm you his phone number if you are interested.
