I am getting ready to lease my gelding out. He is a older, 3rd level schoolmaster. It is an in barn lease, with rider taking 2x weekly lessons. To start out, it will be her riding 3x a week. I’d love to see samples of lease agreements. I have thought of different things, but am sure I am missing something. Thank you!
