Need INFO on woman that abandoned about 20 warmbloods in Ramona CA in 2007. Her neighbor fed the horses and then sold them to cover her costs of care. I have a mare that came from this situation and am searching for more info on her. This was not Lori Patton who was also in Ramona at about the same time. If you know the name / location of either the woman that walked away from her horses or the neighbor that took them over, please, please respond.
