Can anyone point me in the right direction (links) for some western spurs. I’m short (5’2") with a tall OTTB 16.2 and I was told I need drop shank spurs so that my leg hits in the right place, but I don’t want too long (or sharp) of a rowel either. Any and all suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks everyone!
Generally, short legs require short shank to the spur, long legs, longer shank, so you can reach the side from further down.
That works for western horses, that many tend to be smaller, but also for the taller ones, you compensate with them.
Many that show regularly or train and work with horses get custom made spurs with their name or brand on them.
There are many spur makers, probably some close to where you live.
Ask trainers in your area where they get theirs.
Which spur is right some times depends on the region and when showing the class.
Here one good spur maker is Leo Campbell:

If you tell a bit and spur maker what you want, they will make suggestions, they have heard it all and made all kinds for all kinds of people.
That’s perfect, exactly what I needed. Thank you Bluey - I knew you would have the info I needed. I’ll give them a call and see what they have. I’ll let you know. Thanks for your expert advice!!
