Hey all - I’m working on something and need a foxhunting quote. I’m not getting any real good short one liners from googling, and I can’t think of any good ones.
Suggestions are appreciated; quotes about a horse, hound or huntsman. I gotta have this done tonight because I procrastinated.

I can’t think of any off the top of my head, but do you have a copy of “Riding to Hounds in America” by William Wadsworth? It’s perfectly written with some hilarious turns of phrase. Surely you’d find something good in there.

hunting quote
what’s the context for the needed quote?
Part of a thank you note for staff for their efforts - it’s going in the race program and all I can think of is a kind of dull - thank you for your efforts - which is fine but I’d like a quote to go with it -so what it look likes is a good quote, the simple thank you - and then our names.
