Looking for a place in the Bay Area to repair/replace a zipper on my tall boots.

I’ve suggested this on a number of threads and I’ll say it again; if you have no compelling reason to stay local on this, send the boots to Pisano’s. They will fix and recondition your boots, and send them back. They do excellent work. www.ridingbootrepair.com

The Bay Area is a BIG place, so hard to tell where near is for you. But, assuming Peninsula, then by far the best place to go is European Cobblery on California Ave in Palo Alto. They have been doing h/j boots - zippers, elastic, repair, etc, etc - for DECADES.
I second the recommendation for European Cobblery. They did a lovely job on my boots.
I have also used European Shoe Service in Menlo Park, in the Sharon Heights shopping center. He did a nice job and my trainer has been using him for years.
In the far South Bay, I have used Amaya’s Shoe Repair in Morgan Hill.
Thanks for the recommendations! I will be calling for quotes this afternoon. I want a place that will do a good job but not cost me a fortune.I recently listed the boots for sale and had someone break them while trying them on.
