I’m sure there are some recommendations on this forum, but I’m sort of pressed for time - I need to find one this week to start therapy ASAP. Does anyone have a PT with equine/riding experience that works anywhere in the area between Bowie, MD and Columbia, MD? At this point, finding one with experience working with motorcycle riders (motor-cross) would work for me also.
I really get tired of PTs that don’t have an inkling about the mechanics of riding and getting better to ride again. They are more of a hinderance than a help, IMHO. (heck, I’d even be willing to take them out riding just so they could get a feel of what it’s like in the saddle!)
Also anyone have a good Pilates instructor in the same area?
